Products, prices and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Product details may change without notice. All prices are displayed in USD. We may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel an order if information was inaccurate or a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for the unavailable order.

Orders

An order request is not accepted until NOVA LIVING confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, an inventory issue or a problem with the order information. If an order is canceled, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping destinations, rates and available delivery information are described in our Shipping Information. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch. This excludes weekends and destination holidays. Delivery timing can vary by destination and circumstances outside our control. Import duties, taxes and destination-country charges may apply where relevant.

Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. That policy explains return conditions, return shipping responsibility, the return address and refund timing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or use the store for fraudulent activity.
