We want you to be able to shop NOVA LIVING with clear expectations. This policy applies to eligible items purchased from our online store.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. Contact us at rodriazhang@hotmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the product name and the reason for the return.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, in resalable condition and returned with their original packaging and included parts.
• Items that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete or altered may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.
• Returns must be approved before shipment. Do not send an unapproved return to the address below.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us before returning it and provide photographs and a description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, NOVA LIVING will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval, depending on the payment provider. If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you using the email associated with the order.
